I’m With You in Rockland

I recently saw the film Howl with James Franco that presents both a beautifully-rendered animated depiction of Allen Ginsberg’s infamous poem as well as the obscenity trial associated with it’s publication. Although I felt like James Franco overdid certain aspects of Ginsberg’s character, the animations of the poem are phenomenal and Franco really took the time to get Ginsberg’s delivery down.

Here’s a clip from the film and one of my favorite parts of the poem.
